What kind of training do you have?

As a former mental health professional with 25 years experience coaching and counselling clients, I am trained and experienced in the following;  Positive Psychology, Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programing, Cognitive-Behavioural, and Solution-Focussed strategies to achieve breakthrough RESULTS in my coaching practice. I also have a degree in Social Sciences from The University of Ottawa.
